Pink Lady Mocktail

INGREDIENTS
1/2 Cup Pomegranate Juice
1/4 Cup Grapefruit Juice
1/4 Cup Sage & Lemon Infused Simple Syrup*
2 Cups Sparkling Water
4 each Lemon Wheels
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place the pomegranate juice, grapefruit juice, and simple syrup into a shaker and shake well.
2. Fill 4 serving glasses with ice, split the contents of the shaker between the 4 glasses.
3. Finish by pouring 1/2 cup of sparkling water into each glass, then garnish each glass with a lemon wheel.
NOTES:
* To Make Sage & Lemon Infused Simple Syrup: add 1/2 cup of water to a pot along with 1/2 cup of cane sugar. Bring to a simmer and cook until the cane sugar has fully dissolved. Remove from the heat and add 1 fresh sage leaf, 1 tsp lemon zest and 1 tsp lemon juice. Pour syrup into a shallow container and place in the fridge. Keep in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours (or overnight) before straining.
