Overview
Canyon Ranch’s Gravel & Grit Cycling Adventure with Rebecca Rusch is a four-day, all inclusive cycling and whole-body experience designed for anyone ready to move, heal, and reconnect no matter where you are on your cycling or life journey. This retreat is for those seeking community, adventure, and a deeper sense of well-being, mental wellness and personal renewal.
Over four days, you’ll explore the breathtaking Sonoran Desert on guided gravel and mountain bike rides, with options for all experience levels. Our approach centers on restoration, confidence, and joy in movement—not racing. Alongside the rides, you’ll join reflective sessions and fireside conversations that nurture resilience, clarity, and emotional well-being.
Canyon Ranch’s wellness experts will lead specialized workshops on active nutrition, mindset, recovery, and motivation, with dedicated support for mental health. You’ll also have access to a full suite of Vitality offerings—massage, red light therapy, cryotherapy, sound healing, pools, and more—to support your body and spirit.
Expect meaningful connection, family-style meals, and time to reset, recharge, and rediscover what’s possible for your body and mind. We welcome those navigating life transitions, healing from setbacks, or simply seeking a supportive space to grow and strengthen your mental wellness alongside your physical health.
If you’re looking for a transformative getaway that restores, strengthens, and inspires, Gravel & Grit is your place. Join Rebecca and a community of like-minded adventurers for an unforgettable week of movement, reflection, and desert magic.

Is this for hard-core cyclists?
