Bio
After building his career in some of the world’s most acclaimed kitchens — including New York’s three-Michelin-star Per Se and Copenhagen’s two-Michelin-star Noma — Chef Cash returned to Greenville in 2022 to open Scoundrel. Since then, Scoundrel has earned national recognition, including a spot on Esquire’s Best Restaurants in America list, a James Beard Foundation semifinalist nod for Best New Restaurant, and one Michelin star in 2025. In 2026, Chef Cash was named a James Beard semifinalist for Best Chef, Southeast. He's also served as executive sous chef at Major Food Group’s Torrisi Italian Specialties and later as executive chef of The Pool at The Seagram Building, leading its modern French seafood program.
