As summer comes to an end, join us at our Lenox resort for a weeklong fall yoga retreat to help you flow with the seasons. Each day offers a mix of invigorating sun salutations, grounding forest walks, aerial and restorative yoga, and soulful rituals — from sound healing to fire ceremonies.
