Overview
Get a taste of the Berkshires, straight from the source. Explore our Lenox property’s maple syrup production area on a guided trail walk, learn the art of tree tapping, and discover how sap becomes pure maple syrup. Along the way, sample fresh sap right from the tree and savor the rich, finished syrup. It’s a sweet way to connect with nature, discover a local tradition, and experience the flavors of the Berkshires.
