Jenny is state licensed mental health therapist. She helps resort guests gain insight and awareness, recognize blocks to healing, and teaches healthy ways to manage the daily stress of life. She specializes in treating the long-term effects of childhood trauma.

Before returning to our Mind & Spirit team at Canyon Ranch Tucson, Jenny worked in higher education as faculty and in multiple leadership positions. She held the prestigious role as a CACREP University College Chair and Clinical Director, where she supervised students for their Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
Jenny is committed to her own mental health and wellness and in her down time regularly practices yoga and journaling. She also enjoys writing. In fact, she published the book: Do I Need a Therapist? A Consumer's Guide to Navigating Mental Health Services, to answer common questions many people have about the mental health system. When not at the Ranch, Jenny likes to travel.
