Sarah Feely

President, Compassionate Leaders Circle

Sarah is passionate about empowering everyone to find lovable work and helping leaders create lovable workplaces. In her role at Compassionate Leaders Circle, she helps clients align their people strategy with business strategy. She earned a Master of Science in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University and is a certified executive coach. Before joining CLC, Sarah spent 10 years in recruiting and talent advisory roles at Korn Ferry and Hillstone Restaurant Group. Sarah began her career in restaurant operations with Hillstone Restaurant Group, living in Miami, Napa, New York City, and Los Angeles. A native of the San Francisco Bay Area, Sarah now lives in Dallas with her husband and three young children.
