Since joining Canyon Ranch in 2009 as a Beauty Service Assistant, Nicole has grown alongside the organization, advancing into supervisory and leadership roles through her dedication to both guest care and team development. Her hands-on experience, combined with a genuine passion for helping others, allows her to create meaningful wellness moments for guests every day. ⁠ ⁠Born and raised in the Berkshires, Nicole has always been drawn to the spa and beauty industry and feels fortunate to serve guests in the community she proudly calls home. She especially enjoys developing new services and treatments, as well as building connections with guests and supporting them on their personal wellness journeys. ⁠ ⁠⁠When she’s not at Canyon Ranch, Nicole can often be found lifting weights, running, or spending quality time with her four beloved cats. Her personal wellness philosophy is simple: it’s about creating routines that actually last. Consistency is key.
