She’s the founder of MNT Condition Fitness & Nutrition Coaching, plus the director of training for GORUCK, where she leads global workouts, retreats, and community events focused on strength, mindset, and recovery. With a background in dance and a degree in Exercise Science and Community Health, she blends artistry with expert insights and holds advanced certifications across fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle medicine. She’s led more than a dozen international wellness retreats, creating immersive experiences that integrate movement, recovery, mindfulness, and connection, all grounded in her passion for helping others build strength and live with intention.
