Drawing insights from her rich and diverse experience, Zilphia plays an instrumental role in fostering the inclusive, safe environment cherished by guests and employees.

With a natural talent for producing large-scale, high-impact teams, Zilphia Taylor brings decades of experience to Canyon Ranch, where she is heading up the company’s talent strategy to successfully support future growth and expansion – made possible by exceptional HR operations, a fantastic corporate culture and diversity within the company. Before joining Canyon Ranch, Zilphia led HR talent efforts for Topgolf Entertainment Group, focusing specifically on U.S. operations, which comprised more than 60 locations and 18,000 associates across the country, while also partnering on key global initiatives.
In addition to Topgolf, her legacy includes the creation of some of the world’s biggest and brightest teams, previously holding leadership roles at companies like Burlington Coat Factory, Target Corporation, Old Navy and the General Services Administration. While working for Cargill, Inc. in Overland Park, Kansas, she also spearheaded all HR talent and integration strategies for the company, working closely with appropriate business partners in the Animal Nutrition Enterprise.
