Canyon Ranch’s executive chef and culinary director, Scott is a Culinary Institute of America-trained chef whose career includes Café Boulud, Per Se, Blackberry Farm, Blackberry Mountain, and High Hampton. A Western Massachusetts native, his cuisine celebrates seasonality, thoughtful sourcing, and a strong sense of place.
