We provide complimentary van transportation to and from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport or Horseshoe Bay Resort Airport. Email or call an experience planner at 800-742-9000 with flight details 48 hours before your arrival and we'll meet you at baggage claim.

You are welcome to arrive early to enjoy the property. While rooms are ready by 3pm, we suggest packing workout clothes in your carry-on so you can start exploring right away. A Wellness Guide will be available, and lunch is included for early arrivals.

On your day of departure, check-out is at 11am. We invite you to linger — leave your luggage with us and continue to enjoy the resort throughout the day, with lunch served as your final farewell.

Yes, a Wellness Guide can connect you with our nutrition experts prior to your stay to personalize a culinary path or customize a fitness program.

Guests must be at least 14 years old. Additional age parameters may apply to specific experiences.

Our standard policy requires a two-night deposit at the time of booking, fully refundable up to 21 days before arrival; deposit is forfeited with less than 21 days’ notice.
