Nutrition Information (per serving)
4 (¼ cup ea.)
3 Tbsp diced yellow onions
1 tsp minced garlic
¾ tsp extra virgin olive oil
½ cup Golden Jewel Blend
1¼ cups low sodium chicken stock
2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Pinch sea salt
Pinch freshly ground black pepper
- In a large sauté pan, over medium heat, sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until onions are translucent. Add Golden Jewel Blend and stir to coat with oil.
- Add chicken stock and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and continue simmering until most of the liquid is absorbed, about 15 to 20 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
