Lenox | Walk Your Workout
Let your walk become a workout! Learn proper walking biomechanics to add some power to your stroll, resistance strength work will be integrated to teach you how to take this workout on the road. In the event of inclement weather, this class will take place on the Indoor Track.

Woodside | Shinrin Yoku: Forest Bathing
Shinrin Yoku is the Japanese practice of taking in the forest atmosphere or forest bathing. Members will join their guide on a slow, intentional walk into the woods to destress and re-connect with nature. Find a tree or a spot that speaks to you and open your presence to the ancient Redwoods and Coast Live Oaks of the California Bay Area. The ambient sounds, elemental scents, and warm earth will heal and soothe you as you re-form bonds with all that makes up the great outdoors.

Lenox | Fitness for your Feet with Balance Challenge
Enjoy a class dedicated to the health of your feet! Learn the importance of alignment and foot strength, while you increase the function and flexibility of your feet. After working with the Foot Fitness Domes, we will apply this information to exercises that will improve your balance, using different equipment which will include beams, balance discs and half foam rollers. No shoes are required
