Spiritual Wellness Provider, Canyon Ranch in Tucson
Pamela Dintaman brings over 25 years of experience exploring and teaching spiritual wellness. She defines spirituality as how we express purpose and meaning in our lives – living in the present moment, learning to know ourselves more fully and strengthening our connection to others and to nature. Combining her communications degree with a Master of Divinity degree from Lancaster Theological Seminary, Pamela is skilled at addressing complex ideas – such as identity, values and the meaning of life – through conversation, art and writing.
An ordained minister and credentialed interfaith chaplain, Pamela offers a calm presence in times of change and specializes in topics of transition including bereavement, grief and loss, and second half of life issues. She believes that by practicing self-reflection and exploring the uncomfortable spaces of our lives, the blind spots as she calls them, this allows your hidden resources and strengths to emerge.
Pamela enjoys daily walks and learning about desert foods, plants and wildlife. Her personal desire is to continually grow into fullness of life and love.
