Fred Holmquist has worked in addiction services for four decades, including his longtime contributions to the Hazelden Foundation in Minnesota and New York; he’s currently director of its Lodge Program at the Dan Anderson Renewal Center. Fred was also director of High Watch Farm – founded in 1940 by Bill Wilson and Marty Mann – the first 12-step facility for alcoholics. As an educator, lecturer and consultant, he draws on diverse sciences and wisdom traditions. He’s presented his teachings around the U.S., Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, Japan, Bermuda, Russia and Switzerland.
