Day 1: Presence - A Conscious Choice to Slow Down
Gift yourself the present of the present in this session where you explore what, where, why, and how you slow down. Learn to savor the now through music, movement, and meditation. Explore the value of the concept of “presence” and arrive at everyday ways to apply its value. Pair this session with a pre-talk silent hike to prep your mind or a post-talk evening meditation to savor the golden insights you’ve mined.
Day 2: Vision – Inspire to Live Intentionally
Step into the director’s chair and orchestrate every single scene for your future. From look to feel, from sight to sound--this session will inspire you to look forward beyond this moment and craft the momentum for the life you want to live going forward. Pair a Nature Hike, Tai Chi, or Qigong session with this experience to deepen and cement your intentions.
Day 3: Identifying Saboteurs and How They Show Up in Life
Even if you are trying your best–sometimes something is trying harder. This session empowers you to look within, and without, to identify elements and energies that sabotage your progress, peace, and power. Remove barriers, transform triggers, and practice creating versus reacting to activate ownership and empowerment of your energy, emotions, and narrative. Pair tactile activities like weights, strength training, yoga, or massage to soak your lessons in.
Day 4: Uncovering, Defining & Living Your Values
There’s what others impart—and then there’s what you hold to heart. Know the difference—and apply the knowledge in this dynamic session. Here, you will push through blocks to uncover, discover, and recover the values at your core. Through meditation, journaling, and more you will define what connects your soul with your goal--and your goals with your soul. Pair a relaxing yoga session after this program to seep in and deepen the lessons learned.
