Nutritionist, Canyon Ranch in Lenox
Jim experienced his own epiphany with food in the early 1980s when he discovered the connection between the quality of what he ate and its impact on his body. Being no stranger to weight issues and poor eating, he started making positive changes and improving the quality of the food he ate. The resulting changes to his body were so powerful that he decided to pursue a career in nutrition counseling. It’s this relationship between food and the proper functioning of the body that motivates him to help others improve their health too.
Jim has an easygoing style that allows others to connect with him and takes some of the fear and mystery out of changing dietary habits. His approach is grounded in functional medicine, and he’s an expert in digestive problems, and chronic inflammatory and auto-immune conditions.
