We’re adding to the list of Canyon Ranch “firsts” with a special event featuring professional cyclist Tyler Wren. He leads a weekend of riding, learning, and exploring in Lenox and beyond. Tyler will share his stories, insights and expertise from 13 years of professional cycling experience. Take this unique opportunity to improve your technique and challenge your abilities. Ride alongside Tyler and other avid cyclists.

You’ll need to bring your own bike for the weekend.

About Tyler Wren

Get to know Tyler, the owner of Wrenegade Sports and creator of the Farm to Fork Fondo series, an organized ride that allows participants to choose their distance while stopping for chef-prepared bites at farms along the way. In his cycling career, Tyler was a member of the USA National Team, a King of the Mountains winner at the US Professional National Championships, and was awarded at the podium for dozens of international professional bike races.

Know Your Bike, Know Yourself
In this unique bike handling clinic, Tyler shares basic riding skills to improve your cycling dexterity. Learn important tips to help you ride with groups, improve your safety and reduce anxiety in challenging conditions. Walk away with greater confidence as a cyclist and knowledge about increased speed and performance.
Find Your Center
As in all things, finding the right balance is key. This specialized clinic teaches basic cornering skills to help you be more consistent, faster and safer while turning your bike at all speeds.
Ride the Berkshires
Tyler is all about promoting physical activity in a fun and supportive environment. Along with Canyon Ranch outdoor sports guides, he leads two bike treks. Use your newfound knowledge to push mental and physical limits as you traverse Berkshire terrain.
