Travel Restrictions: Please check your local state’s website for any updates or restrictions regarding travel outside your state as well as California’s latest travel guidelines.
Persons Who Have Been Completely Vaccinated for COVID-19: Starting on June 15, individuals who have received two doses of either the Moderna or Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines OR who have received a single dose of the Janssen vaccine, more than 14 days ago and who do not have symptoms are not required to wear a mask when adequate physical distancing can be maintained both indoors and out. By not wearing a mask, you certify that you are fully vaccinated and that other individuals in the area can rely on that as a truthful statement.
Exceptions: Masks are required for fully vaccinated individuals when visiting Canyon Ranch medical offices in accordance with CDC guidance.

Pre-arrival screening: All guests receive a mandatory pre-arrival guest screening to verify health status and answer any questions.
Arrival & Daily Wellness Checks: All guests and staff members receive temperature checks upon arrival to Canyon Ranch properties, and daily wellness checks that include a no-touch temperature check thereafter.
Wear Masks: Staff and non-vaccinated guests must wear cloth masks at all times except while eating, swimming, receiving certain spa services, or while in guest rooms. We ask that you bring masks from home, but can supply a mask if needed. We ask that all guests maintain appropriate physical distancing while indoors and out.
On June 15, if you are fully vaccinated, you are welcome to enjoy the Ranch without a mask. Exceptions: Masks are required for fully vaccinated individuals when visiting Canyon Ranch medical offices in accordance with CDC guidance.
Distance. Not Distant. Please maintain physical distance of at least 6 feet from others.
Clean Hands: All guests receive hand sanitizer at check-in, and no-touch dispensers are located around the property, so you can wash frequently.
Symptoms? Any guest experiencing symptoms will need to return to their room and call “0” for assistance. The on-property staff will help quickly.
FACILITIES & COMMON SPACES
We’ve adapted some services and facilities to encourage social distancing and outdoor experience while following all state guidelines for occupancy in public areas.
We clean all gyms and public spaces (including transportation) using products and electrostatic sprayers that meet CDC and EPA standards concerning viruses, bacteria, and other pathogens.
Fitness: Our indoor fitness studio is open and we’ve marked floors for safe spacing, rearranged equipment, and adjusted schedules to allow for sanitizing between classes. Our Forest Fitness course and hiking trails are open with fitness classes and private fitness sessions taking place outside weather permitting.
Pool & Spa Spaces: The indoor saline pool is open with social distancing protocol in place. The sauna, steamroom and whirlpool are closed due to county guidelines.
We clean all guest rooms using products and electrostatic sprayers that meet CDC and EPA standards concerning viruses, bacteria, and other pathogens.
Arriving guests receive fresh duvets, housekeepers change gloves after servicing each room, and linens are delivered in single-use, sealed bags. Guests may select to have daily housekeeping or have the room pre-stocked for the weekend.
We have removed paper items from our guest rooms and extra pillows and blankets are available on request.
SERVICES & PROGRAMMING
Classes & Lectures: Daily scheduled talks, classes, and events will maintain a maximum participant/attendee number. We maintain a robust schedule with a diverse range of activities, levels, and times. The Demo Kitchen Lunch & Learn is temporarily unavailable. View our Daily Schedules for current offerings.
Services: Personal services such as massage, skin care, and coaching, training and excursions are available and face masks will be required to the extent they’re practical during these services. View our current Services Menu, and check with your Retreat Advisor to create and adjust a schedule that works for you.
Retreat guests have the option to enjoy meals at a reserved time to accommodate social distancing on our heated decks. Indoor dining is closed at this time in accordance with county guidelines. We also offer meals to go should you want to eat outdoors or in your guest room.
