Stephanie is committed to helping our guests achieve their goals, whether they’re trying to reach a healthy weight, enhance performance via diet and nutrition, or seek healthy cooking options. She specializes in health and performance nutrition, culinary nutrition, culinary arts, and weight management.
Stephanie has extensive experience working with elite athletes. In fact, she worked for the US Olympic & Paralympic Committee providing creative education to athletes, writing hundreds of health and performance focused recipes, giving cooking classes (in person or via video), and further supporting Team USA nutrition at the 2018 Winter Olympics, 2019 Pan American Games, and planning for the 2020 Summer Olympics. She also worked for the Tampa Bay Rays as the Minor League Nutrition Coordinator, worked as a chef for several years, and attended culinary school.
Stephanie joined Canyon Ranch to support the organization's health and performance initiatives through innovative nutrition practices. Her experience with sports dietetics helps her assist guests with athletic performance goals, but she also enjoys helping resort guests optimize general health and wellbeing through nutrition. She loves to inspire and motivate guests with healthy (and delicious) recipes, as well as to provide nutritional advice tailored for their specific, individual needs.
When she’s not at the Ranch, Stephanie enjoys spending her free time being active outside mountain biking, hiking with her dog, cooking, traveling, or creating pottery.
