Kathryn teaches culinary classes, and answers any cooking-related questions guests at Canyon Ranch Lenox may have. "I had a guest tell me that my French onion soup recipe was the reason they booked another trip!" she shares. Kathryn's specialties include soups, sauces, herbs and spices, grilling, sautéing, handmade pasta, fish, poultry, and meats.

Before joining our Nutrition & Food team at Canyon Ranch Lenox, Kathryn worked as a private caterer, personal chef, and taught private virtual culinary instruction courses. She loves helping resort guests explore new foods, or to just learn how to cook healthy-yet-delicious favorites to wow friends and family.
Her favorite reasons for working at Canyon Ranch resort in the Berkshires? First, the gratitude and enthusiasm of guests who love to cook nearly as much as she does. Secondly, her experienced mentors at Canyon Ranch Lenox who, for nearly five years, have taught her new techniques and cuisines.
In her downtime, Kathryn enjoys hiking, running, reading, writing, studying ancient history, and wandering around art museums.
