Registered Dietitian and Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist
Trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine Nutrition
Judy has more than 25 years of experience in clinical integrative nutrition. As a registered dietitian who is also trained in mind-body healing modalities including kinesiology and massage, she brings a broad perspective on health and wellness to her work.
First and foremost, Judy’s counseling style considers each individual’s needs; not only as they pertain to food preferences, but also emotional factors, desire to cook (or lack thereof), and time and travel constraints – all of which greatly influence eating patterns. Among her areas of expertise are digestive issues, including gluten intolerance and other food sensitivities; weight loss; women’s health; blood sugar imbalances; and nutrient supplementation.
Judy loves the outdoors and counts hot air ballooning and swimming with dolphins as a couple of her most memorable adventures.
