Kila has been helping Fort Worth wellness seekers for nearly 20 years.
As an E-RYT 500- and YACEP-certified yoga instructor, Kila has taught thousands of classes, workshops, and retreats. She brings her decades of expertise to the Club, where she’ll work with members in both group and private yoga sessions. She specializes in women's health, meditation, and breathwork techniques, as well as restorative, prenatal, beginners, and chair yoga. With both life coaching experience and a nutrition degree from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, Kila helps members explore all the different facets of leading a healthy lifestyle.
