As the author of Kitchen Gypsy: Stories & Recipes from a Lifetime Romance with Food, 18 cookbooks, and articles for magazines such as Sunset, Better Homes & Gardens and Food & Wine, Joanne speaks with authority and affection about her cooking experiences around the world. Learn her favorite secrets and recipes.

Tuesday, noon. Lunch & Learn with Chef Joanne in the Demo Kitchen. Menu will include an appetizer or salad, entrée and dessert featuring Joanne’s recipes.

Wednesday, 6 pm. Tasting Dinner with Chef Joanne Weir in the Demo Kitchen. A multicourse tasting menu including a dessert featuring your personal selections. Up to 36 guests.

Thursday, 7 pm. Personal food stories, swapping ideas and a cookbook signing.
