Who’s the boss? Learn how our internal system works, identify your primary concerns and become more aware – and therefore, more in control – of who is in charge of certain aspects of your life.

Make fitness approachable. Discover how much moderate regular exercise can improve every aspect of your health and well-being, and discuss what counts as exercise. Immediately after, walk the walk with your group in a Strength Training class.
YOU KNEAD THIS
There’s free time, too – experience a treatment outside of the Life Enhancement Center®. Four hands work in opposing motions to double your relaxation and create a beautifully customized massage. Team effort seems to be a theme this week.
How we manage stress can have a direct impact on self-esteem, contentment and how we see ourselves in relation to life itself. This talk will look at the elements that make up the stress cycle, how we tend to be either reactive or responsive, and how we can manage life more effectively.
