In alignment with CDC guidance, our experts recommend having layered protection strategies as a tool to help reduce the spread of illness. Therefore, Canyon Ranch encourages all individuals to get a COVID-19 vaccination and booster shot when eligible.
“Science shows that COVID-19 vaccinations and boosters are safe and one of the most effective tools to protect your health and those around you.”
–Dr. Richard Carmona, Canyon Ranch Chief of Health Innovations and 17th Surgeon General of the United States
Prior to Travel
To ensure the health and safety of those around you, we recommend guests self-monitor for symptoms of COVID-19, and test prior to arrival. If you are feeling ill or displaying symptoms of COVID-19, we ask that you please refrain from travel and get tested immediately.
Canyon Ranch does not currently require guests to show proof of vaccination or a negative test. However, we encourage guests to check for travel regulations in place as some may exist depending on the location of your departure or arrival.
Mask Policy
While mask wearing is optional, Canyon Ranch continues to strongly encourage guests to wear masks in areas where social distancing cannot be maintained. These measures maximize protection from the COVID-19 virus and reduce the possibility of spreading the virus to others. Learn more about acceptable face coverings here.
Canyon Ranch’s mask policy is guided by our medical professionals, as well as state and local regulations of the jurisdictions in which we operate. Canyon Ranch will continue to monitor CDC guidance, COVID-19 Community Levels, and regulations. Mask policies are subject to change, without notice, as deemed appropriate by Canyon Ranch.
