3 Tbsp white balsamic vinegar
Pinch sea salt
2 cups seeded and cubed watermelon
2 cups seeded and cubed golden watermelon
¼ cup feta cheese
1 Tbsp chiffonade fresh basil
- In small bowl, combine vinegar and salt. Stir until salt dissolves.
- In a large bowl, toss watermelon and feta cheese with vinegar mixture.
- Top with fresh basil.
