⅔ cup uncooked couscous
⅔ cup boiling water
1¼ tsp hazelnut oil
¼ tsp sea salt
Pinch freshly ground black pepper
- Place dry couscous in a medium bowl and combine with boiling water. Let sit covered for 10 minutes. Add oil, salt and pepper and fluff with a fork.
