Ingredients 

Egg Salad
8 hard-boiled eggs
¼ cup chopped scallions
2 tsp prepared horseradish
⅓ cup canola oil mayonnaise
1 tsp wasabi powder
¼ tsp sea salt
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp nonfat sour cream
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
½ tsp freshly ground black pepper

4 whole wheat pitas
2 med tomatoes cut into 8 slices
4 lg lettuce leaves
1 tsp black sesame seeds

Instructions 
  1. Chop hard-boiled eggs. In a large bowl, combine eggs with remaining ingredients for Wasabi Egg Salad.
  2. Place ⅓ cup egg salad inside each pita bread. Serve each pita with 2 slices tomato and 1 leaf of lettuce. Garnish with a sprinkling of black sesame seeds.
