Ingredients 

8 slices multi-grain bread
4 1-oz slices mozzarella cheese
4 1-oz slices cheddar cheese
4 slices tomato
Canola oil spray

Instructions 
  1. Coat one side of each slice of bread with canola oil spray and place oil side down on a flat top grill or sauté pan. Top half the slices of bread with 1 slice each of mozzarella and cheddar cheese. 
  2. Grill tomato slices on the flattop, then place on top of cheese. Top with the other slice of grilled bread. Cook until golden brown and cheese has melted.
