Nutrition Information (per serving)
8 slices multi-grain bread
4 1-oz slices mozzarella cheese
4 1-oz slices cheddar cheese
4 slices tomato
Canola oil spray
- Coat one side of each slice of bread with canola oil spray and place oil side down on a flat top grill or sauté pan. Top half the slices of bread with 1 slice each of mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
- Grill tomato slices on the flattop, then place on top of cheese. Top with the other slice of grilled bread. Cook until golden brown and cheese has melted.
