Ingredients 

7 hard-boiled eggs
3 Tbsp diced celery
1 tsp Dijon mustard
¾ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
⅓ cup canola oil mayonnaise
½ tsp curry powder
¼ cup diced red onion
¼ cup sweet relish
3 Tbsp diced red bell pepper
2 tsp white distilled vinegar

Instructions 
  1. Chop eggs. Combine with remaining ingredients. Serve ½ cup.
