Cavatelli with Broccolini

Ingredients 

8 oz cavatelli pasta
1 lb broccolini
3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2½ Tbsp minced garlic
½ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
4 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese

Instructions 
  1. Prepare pasta according to directions. 
  2. In a large sauté pan over medium heat, sauté garlic in olive oil until slightly browned. Add broccolini and sauté until softened. Add pasta, salt, pepper and a few spoonfuls of the pasta water and toss until well mixed.
  3. Serve 1 cup of pasta and divide broccolini between four servings. Top with 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
