Ingredients 

8 med figs
¼ cup white balsamic vinegar
¼ tsp sea salt
2 oz bleu cheese

Instructions 
  1. Remove stems from figs and slice fig in half. Slice each half into quarters.
  2. In a small bowl combine vinegar and salt and mix until salt dissolves.
  3. Places ¼ cup slice figs in a small bowl or martini glass. Crumble ½ ounce bleu cheese on top and drizzle with 1 tablespoon vinegar.
