Ingredients 

Mango Yuzu Sauce
¼ cup diced fresh mango
2 tsp white soy sauce
1 tsp yuzu (Japanese lime) juice
¼ tsp hot sesame oil

1 med avocado, peeled and diced
½ cup minced heirloom tomatoes
½ cup diced yellow bell peppers
½ cup diced fresh mango
1 Tbsp fresh key lime juice
½ tsp sea salt
2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
¼ cup diced red onion
¼ tsp chopped fresh cilantro

Regular lime juice can be substituted if yuzu lime juice is not available.
Instructions 
  1. Combine all ingredients for Mango Yuzu Sauce in a blender and puree. Set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine avocado, tomatoes, peppers, mango, lime juice, salt, pepper, onion and cilantro. Toss together until well combined.
  3. Evenly divide avocado mixture among 4 plates and top each serving with 1 tablespoon Mango Yuzu Sauce.
Regular lime juice can be substituted if yuzu lime juice is not available.
