Ingredients
Dressing
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp canola oil mayonnaise
Pinch cayenne pepper
½ tsp ground cumin seed
½ tsp paprika
¼ tsp marjoram
½ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
2 cups cooked fusilli pasta
½ cup diced fresh tomatoes
1 tsp minced jalapeño pepper
½ cup chopped broccoli florets
½ cup diced red onion
Instructions
- Combine all dressing ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
- In a large bowl combine pasta, tomatoes, jalapeño peppers, broccoli and onion. Add dressing and toss to evenly coat pasta mixture.
