4 prebaked Flatbread Crusts
Bleu Cheese Sauce
½ cup bleu cheese
3 Tbsp plain lowfat yogurt
½ cup half-and-half
2 med Bartlett pears, cored and sliced into 24 slices
1 tsp fresh tarragon
1 tsp fresh rosemary
6 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Combine bleu cheese, yogurt and half-and-half in a blender container and puree until smooth.
- Spread ¼ cup sauce on 1 flatbread crust. Arrange 6 slices of pear on top of sauce and sprinkle with ¼ teaspoon each of tarragon and rosemary. Top with 1½ tablespoons grated parmesan cheese. Repeat with remaining crusts.
- Bake until crusts become golden and cheese melts, about 5 minutes.
