Ingredients
12 oz baking potatoes, about 2 med
¼ tsp sea salt
Canola oil spray
Instructions
- Wash and scrub potatoes. Cut potatoes into French fry strips.
- Place potatoes in steamer basket and steam over boiling water for 3 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly coat baking sheet with canola oil spray. Spread potatoes on sheet and sprinkle with salt.
- Bake until ends begin to brown, approximately 20 minutes.
