Ingredients
2 med sweet potatoes or yams, about 12 oz each
¼ tsp sea salt
Pinch freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Slice ends off potatoes and cut in half. Lightly season cut side with salt and pepper.
- Wrap each potato half with foil and place in oven. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until soft.
