Nutrition Information (per serving)
3 Tbsp Chambord liqueur
½ cup thawed pineapple juice concentrate
2⅓ cups water
2½ Tbsp fresh lime juice
3 cups fresh or unsweetened frozen blueberries (1½ lb)
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 tsp grated orange peel
Pinch sea salt
- Place liqueur in a small sauce pan and bring to a boil. Reduce by half. Cool.
- Add the remaining ingredients to a blender container along with cooled liqueur. Puree until smooth.
- Strain half of mixture and add back to unstrained mixture. Mix well.
