2 tsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 lb fresh spinach, washed and torn into large pieces
¼ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
- In a large sauté pan, sauté garlic in olive oil over medium-low heat until garlic begins to turn golden brown.
- Add spinach and briefly cook until wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
