Nutrition Information (per serving)
½ cup thinly sliced onions
1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 lb mustard greens, washed and torn into large pieces
¼ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
- In a large sauté pan, sauté onions in olive oil over medium heat until onions begin to turn brown and caramelize, about 5 to 10 minutes.
- Add mustard greens and briefly cook until wilted. Season with salt and pepper and serve ½ cup.
