Nutrition Information (per serving)
¼ cup diced yellow onions
1 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 cup Arborio rice
2 cups low sodium chicken stock
2 Tbsp Mirin wine
1 Tbsp honey
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- In a large saucepan, melt butter and sauté onions until onions are translucent.
- Add rice and chicken stock. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Cover and cook 20 to 25 minutes, or until all liquid is absorbed. Finish with wine, honey and parmesan cheese.
