Nutrition Information (per serving)
½ cup champagne vinegar
2 Tbsp red wine
¼ cup dice yellow onions
1 tsp fresh thyme
¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp sea salt
½ Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 cups button mushrooms
1½ Tbsp fresh chopped chives
1½ Tbsp fresh chopped parsley
½ tsp fresh chopped thyme
¾ tsp sea salt
8 lavosh crackers
- In a saucepan, combine all ingredients for marinate and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Slice mushrooms in quarters. In small bowl, combine marinate and mushrooms. Marinate mushrooms for two hours at room temperature.
- Drain and discard liquid from mushrooms. Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Serve ½ cup of marinated mushrooms with 2 lavosh crackers.
