Ingredients 

2 med sweet potatoes or yams, about 12 oz each
¼ tsp sea salt
Pinch freshly ground black pepper

Instructions 
  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Slice ends off potatoes and cut in half. Lightly season cut side with salt and pepper.
  3. Wrap each potato half with foil and place in oven. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until soft.
