Spicy Halibut with Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients 

Horseradish Sauce
1 cup nonfat sour cream
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp prepared horseradish
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
¼ tsp sea salt

1 tsp oregano, dry
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp sea salt
1 lb halibut
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions 
  1. In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, mustard, garlic, horseradish, pepper, and salt. Mix well and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, combine oregano, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, chili powder and salt. 
  3. Lightly coat halibut with olive oil and dredge each fillet in spice mixture. Grill on high heat for about 4 minutes on each side, or until done. Serve with ¼ cup Horseradish Sauce.
