Nutrition Information (per serving)
2 lb salmon, wild or organic farmed preferred
1 tsp sea salt
1 Tbsp low-sodium tamari sauce
1½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
4 Tbsp liquid smoke
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Place salmon atop a long sheet of aluminum foil on a baking sheet. Rub salt on both sides of salmon.
- In a small bowl, combine tamari, Worcestershire and liquid smoke. Pour over the salmon. Wrap foil around salmon completely. Bake for 15 to 25 minutes until cooked through. Cool and flake salmon.
