Ingredients 

Dressing
2 Tbsp prepared horseradish, drained
2 Tbsp canola oil mayonnaise
2 Tbsp ketchup
¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce
⅛ tsp sea salt
⅛ tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 Tbsp chopped fresh chives
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

12 oz cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined 
2 Tbsp minced red onion
½ cup diced celery
½ cup grape tomatoes, quartered
8 slices whole grain bread

Instructions 
  1. In a small bowl combine all ingredients for dressing. Set aside.
  2. Dice shrimp into 1-inch pieces.
  3. In a medium bowl combine diced shrimp, onions, celery, tomatoes and dressing and toss together. Serve ¾ cup shrimp salad on 2 slices bread.
