Ingredients 

½ lb cooked shrimp, peeled, deveined and tails removed
½ cup peeled and diced cucumber 
2 Tbsp diced red onion
½ cup diced fresh tomato
½ cup chopped Romaine lettuce

Shrimp Cocktail Sauce
½ cup ketchup 
1 Tbsp prepared horseradish
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Tabasco sauce
1 tsp fresh lime juice

5 whole wheat flour tortillas, about 10-inches in diameter

Instructions 
  1. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, cucumber, onion, tomato and lettuce.
  2. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients for cocktail sauce and mix well. Add sauce to shrimp mixture and mix until combined. 
  3. Place tortilla onto flat surface. Place ½ cup shrimp and vegetable mixture on each tortilla. Roll tortilla burrito style .
