Grilled Tuna with Watermelon Salsa

Ingredients 

4 4-oz ahi tuna steaks
¼ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper

Watermelon Salsa
2 cups diced watermelon
¼ cup finely diced red onion
2 Tbsp chopped cilantro
¼ tsp red chili flakes
¼ tsp sea salt
1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions 
  1. Preheat grill or broiler. Season tuna steaks with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients for salsa and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
  3. Grill or broil tuna steaks 3 to 5 minutes, or until done. Serve 1 tuna steak with ½ cup watermelon salsa
